Physical Exams

We offer comprehensive physical exams for school, camp, sports, pre-employment and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Each exam takes less than an hour and meets all FMCSA and school district standards. Walk in or call ahead to book, and leave with your signed form on the spot.

Special Testing

Need a quick pregnancy, strep or UTI test? Our in-clinic testing is just $35 per visit (plus $5 per required test). You’ll get accurate results during your visit and guidance on follow-up care. Cash only—no insurance hassles.
